Assessing the value of a new store employee, and refining their job description
Objectives Understand how customers, other store employees, and healthcare service providers in the store perceive the value of this new role. Collect feedback from the employee in this new role to improve training guidelines, the job description, and even the physical environment before more stores implement this new role. Interesting This role will likely need to undergo extensive reform in order for it to be valuable for customers, and for the person currently hired in the role to feel like they are providing value to the store.
